Hi, I’m Dr. Mike Gallagher, DDS, and helping people find answers to complex TMJ/TMD problems has been a passion of mine for decades. ❤️

One of the challenges with TMJ disorder is that symptoms can be confusing. Patients may experience jaw and facial pain, headaches, muscle tension, worn or fractured teeth, difficulty opening their mouth, or other symptoms that can interfere with everyday life. Many of my patients come to me after living with discomfort for years and trying other approaches without finding the relief they hoped for.

That’s why I believe the first step is a thorough evaluation and accurate diagnosis. 🔍

At my Eden Prairie, Minnesota practice, I evaluate the entire chewing system, your jaw joints, muscles, bite and teeth, to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms. My advanced training in Bioesthetic Dentistry has given me additional tools for diagnosing and treating complex TMJ cases, including the use of MAGO (Maxillary Anterior Guided Orthotic) Therapy when appropriate.

The most rewarding part of my work is hearing from patients who finally feel like they have their lives back. 🙌 We have incredible patient success stories from people who struggled with chronic TMJ and facial pain before finding our office.
